First you will need to log into the Fullerton College Remote Labs and then you will need to log into the Adobe website to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Apps.  The instructions below will walk you through this process.

Step 1. Open a web browser and go to https://fclabs.fullcoll.edu  

Step 2. At the login screen type in your Fullerton College email address.  (i.e. [email protected]) even if they don’t use this email.  The password to this email is the same password you use to log into myGateway.  Once you have typed your FC Email Address and password then click on Log On

Step 3 If you get a page that looks like the image below you must click on Use light version

Step 4 You should get to a page that looks like the image below.  Click on Desktops

Step 5 Click on the correct Lab for your class.

Step 6 If you get to a page that looks like the image below press Ctrl+Alt+Del

Step 7. You should then get to a page that looks like the image below.  Click Ok

Step 8. You may get to a page that looks like the image below.  You are logging into a computer remotely on the Fullerton College Campus.  Allow some time for this process to complete.

Step 9. You should get to page that looks like the image below.  This is the desktop of the Fullerton College workstation that you are logged into remotely.

Step 10. Double click on the Adobe Creative Cloud shortcut from the desktop.

Step 11 This will bring you to the Adobe Creative Cloud login screen.  If you already have an Adobe account, you can type in your own personal email address (not your Fullerton College email address) for that Adobe account and then type the password and login.  If you do not already have an Adobe account associated with your own personal email address, you will need to create one by clicking on Create an account.  To create an Adobe account is free however if you want install, the Adobe Software on your own personal device you will need to purchase a subscription.  (The FC remote lab login i.e. [email protected] is separate from the Adobe account).

Step 12. Once you are logged into the Adobe Creative Cloud you should get to a screen that looks like the image below.  Click on Personal Account

Step 13 Then the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App may take some time to load as there may be Adobe updates.

Step 14. Once the Creative Cloud Desktop App is done you should get to Fullerton College remote lab desktop like the image below.

Step 15. Now that you are logged into the Adobe Creative Cloud.  You can choose the Adobe App you want to use.

Step 16. If you want to use Adobe Acrobat than double click the Adobe Acrobat DC icon on the desktop.

Step 17. When done make sure to save all your work and close any Apps that you were using.

Step 18. Then you can log out of the Fullerton College remote lab workstation by click the windows symbol on the bottom left hand corner.  Then click on the user profile icon from the menu.  Then click on Sign out from that menu.  (image below)

Step 19.  You should then be returned to the Fullerton College remote labs page.  Click on the gear symbol in the top right-hand corner.  Then choose Log off.

Step 20. You can then close your browser.
