611 Lab Reservation Utilization Policy

The 611 Lab is a specialized resource available to instructors for classroom demonstrations. Due to high demand and limited availability, reservations are managed to maximize access for all users.

Reservation Process

  • Instructors may reserve the lab via the Public Folder in Outlook by submitting a meeting request.
  • Login credentials require the prefix *fc* before your username (e.g., fc\username).
  • Approved reservations will appear on the lab’s calendar.

Reservation Guidelines

  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Standard limit: 1 hour per section per week, up to 6 hours per section per semester.
