Once you open the FortiClient VPN application on your device, find the Information icon within the menu bar.

The version number will be listed in this menu. Please check to make sure it is 7.2 or higher.

The instructions below will detail how to uninstall FortiClient VPN in preparation for installing an updated version of FortiClient VPN.

1. At the Windows start menu, select the Settings menu (cogwheel icon)

2.     Select Apps

3.       Select “FortiClient VPN” on the list, and select Uninstall.

Once uninstalled, you might be prompted to reboot your computer. Select OK to reboot.

Based on your operating system, click on the appropriate link to download the latest version of FortiClient VPN Client

MacOS: https://files.fullcoll.edu/FortiClientVPNSetup_7.2.0.0655_macosx.dmg

By default, the download file will be in your "Downloads" folder.

Once the Setup window is open, select “Yes”, then “Next”

Select "Install"

Select "Finish" and reboot your system

After system reboot, select the “FortiClient VPN” shortcut from your desktop

Check the acknowledgment statement and select “I accept”

Select “Configure VPN”

Fill out the required fields of the New VPN Connection with the following:

VPN: SSL-VPN

Connection Name: FcNet

Remote Gateway: fcvpn.fullcoll.edu

Select “Enable Single Sign On (SSO) for VPN Tunnel”

Click "Save"

To log into VPN, select “SAML Login”

Enter [email protected] login credentials and password

Select your preferred method of verification (text, email, or app, etc) to continue signing in

You are now connected to the Fullerton College private network
