Prerequisites
Students:
- An FCNet student email (e.g., [email protected]) and MyGateway password for lab access.
- Enrollment in a course with lab permissions (confirm with instructor).
- A personal email (e.g., [email protected], not FCNet) for Adobe sign-in; account creation is free.
- For remote access: A device with Windows 11 (preferred), Windows 10, or macOS, and a stable internet.
Staff:
- An FCNet staff account (e.g., [email protected]) with an Adobe license assigned by ACT (must be approved).
- A campus workstation with Adobe installed (via Company Portal for campus devices).

Instructions
Option 1: Students – Use Adobe in On-Campus Labs

Log Into a Lab Computer:
- In a lab (e.g., Computer Lounge, building 500), sign in with your 8-digit student ID (e.g., 12345678) and MyGateway password.
- Wait for the Windows desktop to load.

Launch Adobe:
- Double-click the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop icon. (Or try searching for the specific Adobe product such as Photoshop)
- At the login screen, enter your personal email (e.g., [email protected], not [email protected]).
- If no account, click Create an account to set one up (free; no subscription needed for lab use).
- Select Personal Account if prompted.

- Wait for Adobe Creative Cloud to load (updates may take 1–2 minutes).
- Double-click desired app shortcuts (e.g., Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Save work to a USB drive or OneDrive.
