Resetting Your FCNet Password

Instructions:

  • Students:
    1. Go to https://mg.nocccd.edu/.
    2. Click “Forgot Password.”
    3. Follow prompts to reset using Banner ID and security questions.
  • Staff:
    1. Visit: Microsoft Online Password Reset
  • Or for extended Staff assistance:
    1. Email [email protected] or call (714) 992-7111 with your FCNet username.
    2. Verify identity (e.g., via Zoom or in-person at Room 517).
    3. ACT can help troubleshoot.

      Notes:
  • Students: Passwords sync with O365—reset via MyGateway only.
  • Staff: No expiration unless compromised; contact ACT for issues.
