- Follow prompts to reset using Banner ID and security questions.

- Verify identity (e.g., via Zoom or in-person at Room 517).
- ACT can help troubleshoot.

- Students: Passwords sync with O365—reset via MyGateway only.
- Staff: No expiration unless compromised; contact ACT for issues.
