Prerequisites: Smartphone with Microsoft Authenticator app (iOS/Android).
Instructions:

1. First login post-MFA enablement prompts setup (ACT notifies via email).
2. Go to https://o365.fullcoll.edu/, sign in with FCNet creds.
3. Follow prompts: Scan QR code with Authenticator app, enter code to verify.
4. Approve logins via app push notification thereafter.
   
   Notes: Mandatory for staff since 2023.
