How to Upload and save files and folders to OneDrive

Summary

Fullerton College provides currently enrolled students with a Fullerton College email address, also known as an FCNet account. Your FCNet account provides access to Office 365, a web-based service that provides a feature-rich set of tools for collaboration using Microsoft cloud-based products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, and cloud-based email. 

PREREQUISITES

  • 8-digit Banner ID number (Student ID number) 
    • Example: 12345678
  • myGateway password

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a browser, go to https://o365.fullcoll.edu/

2. Select Sign-In or Log-in

3. Sign in using your Fullerton College email address, for example, [email protected] 

4. Enter your myGateway password

5. You will be prompted to MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) 

6. Select the Search Bar

7. Select OneDrive

8. Select Upload > Files or Upload > Folder 

9. Select the files or folder you want to upload 

10. Select Open or Select Folder

From a Windows computer. 

  • In File Explorer, select: OneDrive – Fullerton College.

Save and open files in your Office apps, for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Select File > Save or Save As > OneDrive - Fullerton College to save a file to OneDrive.
